How the Redo Service Works
Our Redo is set up to address concerns from a recent service. To qualify, you must notify the salon within 72 hours of your original appointment and complete the corrective appointment within 10 days. When you contact us we’ll review the original service and schedule a focused appointment to address the issues you reported.
The listed Redo price is $30 and the standard appointment is scheduled for 30 MINUTES. If the corrective work requires more than 30 minutes, an additional $30 charge for products, time, and miscellaneous items will be added to cover the extra resources and stylist time.
Scheduling and Appointment Details
Because the redo must occur within 10 days, we recommend calling as soon as you notice a problem so we can find a convenient slot. Our West Marietta location offers easy access from I-75, which helps commuters and busy families return for quick appointments from Marietta, Smyrna, Kennesaw and nearby communities.
During the scheduled redo appointment the stylist will assess the original result, discuss your concerns, and make agreed adjustments within the allotted time. Bring clear feedback or photos if possible; the appointment is intended to correct the prior service within the 30 MINUTES window unless additional time and charges are necessary.
